About Jan
Jan Solomita hails from Cambridge, Massachusetts. He began his studies in Boston at BAC, and then attended Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio. In 2001 Jan became a Life Coach following the teachings of the Thomas Leonard the founder of Coachville and Coach U.
In 2009 Jan launched ImprovSpeak, "to help you build your skills and nail your message, in live presentations."
Jan brings an eclectic background to his Coaching: he worked as a young adult as a Counselor while studying theatre in the evenings, in the San Francisco, Bay Area. He merged the two worlds by developing improvisation workshops based on theater-games that were custom-fit for his clients. The results were impressive as his clientele made great strides in their personal growth, their articulation, and their self confidence.
Jan then moved into the corporate realm where his most inspiring experience was working with Quarterdeck Office Systems: an innovative software publisher. There he participated in trainings, tradeshows and Sales in cities throughout the US including San Francisco, Las Vegas, New York and Boston. "The chance to work among such exceedingly brilliant and creative people helped me to earn my chops as an articulate and consummate professional!" Jan learned to master the art of communication with people at all levels. His passion today is facilitating your success in effective and distinguished public speaking.
Jan provides one-on one Coaching and delivers custom workshops and seminars as a part of his Coaching practice.
